This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis, for how long, to whom we provide it, and what rights you have.
1) What data we process
Identification and contact details: name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number (if provided).
Order and contractual data: selected package/product, number of hours, lesson dates, communication about the course.
Billing/accounting data: information required for issuing invoices and bookkeeping.
Website usage data (cookies/analytics): IP address, browser, time zone, technical logs, aggregated traffic statistics.
Voluntary data: message contents, reviews/feedback.
2) Purposes and legal bases of processing
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): handling orders, issuing invoices, providing online lessons, managing access to digital content.
Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): bookkeeping, tax compliance, document archiving.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): protection of rights and claims (e.g. lesson tracking), service security, basic aggregated traffic statistics, internal administration.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – only if given: sending newsletters/marketing, optional cookies, publishing references; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
3) Data retention
Contractual data: during the service and up to 3 years after termination (for legal claims).
Accounting documents: 10 years from the end of the accounting period (as required by law).
Marketing based on consent: until consent is withdrawn or max. 2 years from the last interaction.
Technical logs/statistics: typically 6–24 months in aggregated/anonymised form.
(Retention may be longer if required by law or due to ongoing disputes.)
4) Data recipients / processors
Your data may be disclosed to:
Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting and e-mail services, HQ: Cyprus, data centres in the EU) – providing technical infrastructure for our website.
Accounting and tax advisors (only as required for legal compliance).
Bank (for bank transfer payments).
Payment gateways (only if introduced in the future – data will be shared solely for processing payments).
Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar – only with your consent for optional cookies).
All recipients act under data processing agreements and in compliance with GDPR.
5) Data transfers outside the EEA
If we use tools or services located outside the EEA (e.g. cloud services), we ensure appropriate legal safeguards (mainly EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and data minimisation.

We use necessary cookies for proper website functionality and optional cookies (analytics/marketing) only with your consent. You can change your settings anytime in the cookie banner or your browser. Basic statistics are aggregated and do not identify individuals.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted transmission, access control, logging, backups). However, no system is 100% guaranteed secure; we continuously minimise risks.
9) Children
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. If you believe we have received personal data from a child without proper consent, please contact us – we will delete such data.
