6. Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, graduates of the Professional course receive a certificate confirming the completed hours, acquired knowledge, and successful completion of the final project.
2. How long do I have to use my prepaid hours?
Prepaid hours must be used within 180 days of purchase.
For the Professional package, the validity period is defined as: number of purchased hours + 180 days.
3. What if I can’t attend a scheduled lesson?
If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance – otherwise, the lesson will count as used.
An exception is illness, which must be confirmed with a doctor’s note within 72 hours.
4. How does payment for the course work?
The course is paid in advance by invoice, which we issue after your order.
Once payment is received, you will get a confirmation and the lessons can begin.
5. Can I study only two hours per day?
Yes 🙂 The frequency of study is flexible.
The tutor will send you available time slots, and you can choose the ones that suit you.
Lessons take place daily between 06:00 and 22:00.
1. Can I choose fewer hours in the “Professional” course?
The Professional course is designed for 160+ hours, which is the minimum scope.
If you prefer a smaller package (30–159 hours), it falls under the Student tariff.
7. How long does it take to learn programming?
It depends on the individual.
However, to master the basics of programming and to be able to create simple projects independently, at least 160 study hours are required
8. I paid for a course but cannot use it. What can I do?
Courses begin immediately after payment with your explicit consent.
Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
However, if you cannot use the course, you may send a substitute participant – for example, a friend or family member.
Whether you gift or sell the course to them is entirely up to you.
